Elevation warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship and design for a period of a lifetime from the date of purchase for only the original owner with accompanying proof of purchase.
This limited lifetime warranty applies to and covers only Elevation branded product.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE STATE LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

This limited lifetime warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of Elevation and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferrable. This limited lifetime warranty applies only to products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. In no event shall Elevation be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to Elevation products except as set forth herein. This limited lifetime warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights and other rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Elevation products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of retail purchase of the product, subject to limitations detailed above.

Claims can be made by contacting Elevation at: Info@ElevationEquipped.com. Please provide details about what happened including but not limited to other components used in conjunction with the alleged defective Elevation product. Proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim is processed.

Damaged or otherwise defective products should be directed to the attention of Elevation. Defective products will be replaced
with the same or equivalent product at Elevation’s earliest possible convenience. In all cases, contact Elevation to obtain
proper Return Authorization (RA) documentation.
For products damaged in shipping, contact your carrier and then contact Elevation.
